Lucy and Yak are quite simply the gold standard for all clothing companies.All of their practices are ethical in terms of manufacture, processing and packaging.Items arrive beautifully packaged in sari bags and paper.Delivery is very prompt with excellent communication around delivery date and time.They use models who accurately reflect communities as a whole including models of different sizes and ethnicity.I would like to see older models involved though perhaps the age range reflects the current market.I am 63, love their clothing and am a repeat customer so not sure I’m alone in thinking this.The quality of clothing is very good and unique with beautiful prints as they work alongside established artists for their limited edition pieces.I have noticed that some of the clothing can develop small flaws over time in terms of fraying which is maybe due to natural wear or possibly manufacture so this needs some consideration.A highly recommended company.

I think this company have provided the best customer service I've ever received. I emailed them on a Sunday, ready for a response a few days later, literally a few minutes later, I received an email from Cassie responding to my problem. They've helped and resolved it straight away, and gone over and beyond.

I purchased from Lucy & Yak because of the ethos of the company and the sustainability of their clothes. I got a pair of Atlas dungarees in the Yard Sale which apparently have a fault, but they are perfect. Great quality item and quick delivery. Nice and comfy too :)

Love it. Free hassle-free returns and very ethical and lovely. Lot's of thought goes into environmentally-safe packaging. I got gifted a bag and a tea bag with it! tasted amazing. Would highly recommend, v good quality for good price.

I order regularly from Lucy and Yak and have only ever had one issue - a bag that had begun to deteriorate after one use, however, this was quickly sorted and replaced with no further issues!
Lovely customer service team, love their designs and patterns and their sizing is always spot on for me.
Another plus is that they are an ethical and economic brand within my price range, which is hard to find right now!

I haven’t received my package yet BUT I ordered on a Thursday night around 8pm and it shipped the very next day to the United States. I got a follow up email from the brand which was nice and unexpected. The package is expected to arrive today (Monday). The shipping is so fast; especially given that I am in Arizona and it is coming from the UK during the coronavirus pandemic. So far so good.
Update: got my order and I love both pants I ordered! I had to get them both tailored as they were a bit big but I expected that. The only thing I will say is the pink pants I ordered (corduroy looking ones) are more of a dark pink than I expected. I thought they were a baby pink. The brand should probably post more accurate photos of the coloring of those pants. I’m still keeping them though as they are flattering and fun.

Good quality products, seemingly ethical brand, nice customer reward programme and lovely responsive friendly staff. What’s not to like?
